We continue that tradition today: If you are not satisfied at any time during the course, at the completion of the course, or even within a few days after the conclusion of the course, simply let your instructor know and ask for a refund.

Some instructors are willing to give refunds long after the course is over, but it would not be fair for Silva UltraMind Systems to require them to do that, so please check with your instructor if you want to know how long after the course the guarantee will be honored.

We hope that you will complete the course and try it out before deciding to reject it. Your instructor is there to help you. But the final decision is up to you. Fair enough?

Recordings and Home Study Courses

If you purchase any recordings or home study courses fail to live up to your expectations, we will be glad to replace them or give you a refund. You will need to get the refund from whoever you purchased the product from.

If any tapes are CD's are defective, we will be happy to replace them. Avlis Publishing has even been known to replace tapes that have been used so much that they are worn out. They figure that if anybody likes the product that much, they deserve a free replacement!
