The best way to practice
The best way to practice the Long Relax, to help you establish a very deep level where you can correct more problems and achieve more goals is as follows:
Memorize the Silva Centering Exercise. Memorize it however you can, with a recording, or a script perhaps. It doesn’t have to be word by word. It is repetitive, so it is easy to memorize. But it doesn’t have to be word by word, just the context of the exercise. This is very important because you are involving your emotion. When this happens, you are putting in the greatest desire to get well that can be used.
In searching for the correct phrase, it works a lot better, because of your intent, because of your involvement. Practice as I have described above, with your concentration and imagination, and you will be very successful with it.
